All contractors, contractor representatives and installation technicians providing any service to a tenant or business unit must be referred to Building Management for supervision, approval, and control before beginning any work. This applies to all work performed in the facility, including that which affects heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems, floors, walls, windows, ceilings, equipment or any other physical portion of the Building.
Tenants must complete Contractor Access Work Requests Form detailing the type of work, location, and contact information as requested. The Contractor Access Work Requests Form should be completed and emailed to the Help Desk. A confirmation email will be sent when the work has been approved. Please allow at least three business days for processing.
